Nancy Pelosi Tries Criticizing Paul Ryan For House Women’s Dress Code, She Gets Instantly Crushed
Paul Ryan has recently come under attack by Democrats the ‘sexist’ House dress code. Even though it is the same as it has been for 100 years. After all the complaints, Paul Ryan decided to update the dress code. “We will be working with the sergeant-at-arms to ensure the enforcement of appropriate attire is updated,” said Ryan.
“A dress code in the Chamber and Speaker’s Lobby makes sense. But that doesn’t mean that we need to bar otherwise acceptable business attire. So, look for a change in that soon,” said Ryan. Women can now wear sleeveless shirts and open-toed shoes. Nancy Pelosi tried to give him credit.
“Glad to see @SpeakerRyan is updating the dress code for the House Floor. These unwritten rules are in desperate need of updates,” tweeted Pelosi. But soon everyone turned on her. “Any of them ask why @NancyPelosi refused to allow them to do this while she was Speaker?” tweeted Derek Hunter. ”
Nancy was a misogynist and wouldn’t let women wear armless outfits. Ryan is enlightened. Another reason for woman to vote Republican,” wrote another user.
Even CNN’s Jake Tapper tweeted “So the facts: @SpeakerRyan wasn’t responsible for the outdated dress code but he is responsible for updating it.”
